The 40 mm. gray mother of pearl flower at the centerpiece of this necklace gleams with shades of cream, blue, and pink. Strung on a necklace of turquoise and hematite rounds, tubes, squares, or chips. Mother of pearl has been used to inhibit boisterous behavior and to see the self as others do. Turquoise is said to give courage to confront unresolved fears, while hematite—a strengthening stone—creates and improves stamina and self-control, stops bleeding, and cures insomnia.
